EULA - End User License Agreement

EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software product ("The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO") and all accompanying materials are the copyrighted property of Dejobaan Games. By copying, installing, or otherwise using The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Ownership. The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO is a copyrighted property. All intellectual property rights to The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO, including, but not limited to, titles, code, artwork, characters, names, stories, sounds, music, scripts, executables, patches, and documentation, are owned by Dejobaan Games.

Non-Exclusive Use License. You are granted a non-exclusive license to The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO for private use on a single computer.

Restrictions. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO. You agree not to duplicate, modify, alter, or adapt the scripts, files, or executables that make up The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO.

Termination. This license agreement is terminated automatically if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, at which point, you must immediately destroy the software and accompanying documentation.

Injunction. You agree that Dejobaan Games would be irreparably damaged if the terms of this agreement were not specifically enforced, and therefore, you agree that Dejobaan Games shall be entitled, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to breaches of this license agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty. You agree that your use of The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO is at your sole risk. The software and accompanying media are provided "as is." Dejobaan Games does not warrant that this software will meet your requirements, and disclaims all warranties express or implied. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances shall Dejobaan Games or its employees or agents be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO. In no event shall Dejobaan Games total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid for the software. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Controlling Law. This license agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts. You agree that any claim asserted in any legal proceeding shall be commenced and maintained in Massachusetts.

Complete Agreement. This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dejobaan Games with respect to the use of The EPIDEMIC GROOVE DEMO and accompanying materials. Dejobaan Games may amend this license agreement by posting changes to its website at www.dejobaan.com.
